Our client is a friendly FM Service Provider that has an impressive client base across the UK. It is currently looking to hire a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a large education site in East London (E6). As the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will join one other maintenance engineer on site and work together to carry out the daily planned and reactive maintenance to the school. You work will consist of but not limited to daily PPMs, pumps, toilets, basic heating and ventilation checks, and minor fabric works. There is a onsite pool vehicle to travel between the buildings so you must have a full driver's license. In addition, you must have excellent customer service skills, be polite and have a positive can-do approach to your work. Applicants must be qualified to City and Guilds Level 2 in Mechanical engineering, Plumbing or equivalent and have a minimum of 5 years experience.
