An exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in Liverpool Street, London. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based covering a commercial site in Liverpool Street, London  He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.

Hours of work

5 on 5 off Shift
19:00pm - 07:00am
£25 per hour depending on experience
Temp on going  Key duties & Responsibilities
Planned and reactive maintenance
HVAC Systems
Emergency lighting tests
Control Panels
Changing Ballast
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
Maintain and update Log books
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
Pumps, motors Requirements

Mechanically qualified City & Guilds - Level 2
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
Client Facing
