Our client, an established FM company, is looking for a qualified professional to join their team on a static site in Pangbourne, Reading. Key Responsibilities:

Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on UPS systems, plumbing, drainage, and boiler rooms.

Maintain cooling towers, fan coil units (FCUs), AHUs, and heating pumps.

Oversee visiting sub-contractors to ensure high standards of work and Health & Safety.

Complete all technical documentation and reports accurately and on time.

Requirements:

City & Guilds / NVQ Mechanical qualification (or equivalent).

Solid experience in a commercial FM environment with strong building services knowledge.

Ability to work well within a team and pass a standard DBS check.
