An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Chilton, Oxfordshirehas arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer based in a high-profile building in Chilton, Didcot. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this static site. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression. In return, my client is offering a very competitive package including: A basic salary of up to £40,000 Callout 1 in 4 - £149 Per Week Plenty of overtime 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays Company Pension Scheme Excellent career progression opportunities Hours of work Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00 Key duties & Responsibilities Monitor mechanical plant Plumbing work (Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc) Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) Basic electrical duties (Lamp xehkeey changes etc) General building fabric Escort specialist sub contractors Requirements Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Client Facing Please send your CV to Archie Reed of CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on the role !
