Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – London – £60,000

Join a leading London-based maintenance contractor who is looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their permanent maintenance team. You will be responsible for servicing residential blocks and commercial properties across London.

Package

* £60,000 basic salary

* Optional call-out rota

Role & Responsibilities

* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive mechanical / plumbing maintenance

* Working within plant rooms and communal areas

* Carrying out maintenance across multiple sites in London

* Project works when required

Qualifications & Experience

* NVQ Level 2 Plumbing (or equivalent qualification)

* Domestic and commercial plumbing experience

* Full UK driving licence
