This role will be instrumental in ensuring that the plant realises its full potential in terms of safety and quality, increasing uptime and reducing breakdowns of machinery, working alongside the performance manager and maintenance supervisor to identify maintenance priorities, fault find and use predictive maintenance methods to ensure maximum plant operation. You will support both planned and reactive maintenance work and plant improvements and projects throughout the plant, across a variety of machinery and equipment of varying ages and processes, ensuring accurate logs and record are maintained.
