A great permanent opportunity has arisen for a practical and detail-focused Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a strong plumbing background for our client based in Cambridge. The role involves delivering mechanical PPM across a range of buildings on one site, along with reactive maintenance and compliance support Key Responsibilities Deliver planned mechanical and HVAC maintenance across multiple buildings Respond to and resolve reactive maintenance tasks as they occur Support statutory compliance activities where trained, such as emergency lighting checks and fire damper inspections Ensure all tasks are completed in line with current health and safety legislation and internal procedures Essential Skills and Experience Previous experience as a site-based engineer within a large, multi-building environment Strong plumbing background with NVQ Level 2 or equivalent Experience maintaining HVAC systems Proven track record in delivering compliance maintenance within commercial or public buildings Good understanding of Legionella control requirements, ACOP L8 and water hygiene best ...
