A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Isleworth. CBW is currently looking for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a Healthcare Environment. The successful candidate will be Mechanically biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance to the following :
Duties & Responsibilities:

Monitor the mechanical plant
\n
\n
Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
\n
\n
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
\n
\n
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
\n
\n
General building fabric
\n
\n
Escort specialist sub-contractors
\n
\n
General building fabric
\n
\n
Undertake repairs to HVAC Plant and Associated Systems to a high standard.
\n
\n
Undertake installation, alteration and repairs to pipework systems as needed.
\n
\n
Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
\n
\n
Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
\n
\n
Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.
\n
\n
Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.
\n
\n
Report service affecting issues to the site management team for formal communication with the client.
\n
\n
Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency.
\n
\n
Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.
\n
Hours of work / Rate / contract details

Monday - Friday
\n
8am - 5pm
\n
Starting ASAP
\n
£25p/h - ( paid via umbrella )
\n
Up to £45k
\n
Overtime available
\n
Requirements
\n
Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2&3
\n
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
\n
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
\n
Good communication skills
\n
