Job Description Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - High-Profile Building – Chilton, Didcot – up to £40,000 + Package
An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Chilton, Oxfordshire has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer based in a high-profile building in Chilton, Didcot. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this static site.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00
Key duties & Responsibilities
\n Monitor mechanical plant
\n
Plumbing work (Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc)
\n
Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
\n
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
\n
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
\n
Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
\n
General building fabric
\n
Escort specialist sub contractors
\n
Requirements
\n Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2
\n
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
\n
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
\n
Multi-skilled
\n
Good communication skills
\n
