Elevation Recruitment Groups Engineering Services Division are supporting a Specialist Industrial Machinery Manufacturing company based in South Yorkshire to recruit a Mechanical Installations and Service Engineer to join their busy Service team, who install and service bespoke machinery throughout the UK and overseas.Key Responsibilities for the Mechanical Installations & Service Engineer include: Travel to customer sites to install bespoke manufacturing machinery Read engineering drawings and customer packs to ensure correct fitting, welding, and assembly of the machinery Liaise with the client on site and troubleshooting Complete ongoing servicing for machinery throughout the service contract PPMs and remedial mechanical repairs, and recommend any upgrades or replacements Completion of all paperwork Essential experience and qualifications for the Mechanical Installations & Service Engineer include: Time Served Mechanical fitter from a special purpose/bespoke machinery/industrial machinery build background Apprentice trained/NVQ/BTEC/C&G mechanical qualification Minimum 5 years’ experience in an engineering background Willing to travel throughout the UK and overseas xehkeey Understand and work to engineering drawings Welding skills Be able to install and service capital equipment If you are a Mechanical Fitter, Machinery Installer or a Field Service Engineer from a special purpose machinery build background and would love a new challenge with a well established business, please apply now.
