We’re currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Foreman to join our team on an exciting commercial project. If you’re a hands-on leader with a strong mechanical background and a passion for delivering high-quality work on-site, we want to hear from you.

Mechanical Foreman Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all mechanical works on-site, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.

*

Manage and lead a team of tradespeople and subcontractors.

*

Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.

*

Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report to the Project Manager.

*

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

*

Liaise with other site supervisors and construction teams to maintain workflow and schedules.

Mechanical Foreman Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Mechanical Foreman on commercial construction projects.

*

Trade qualification in Mechanical, HVAC, or related discipline.

*

Strong leadership and communication skills.

*

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.

*

Sound understanding of OH&S requirements and site safety procedures.
