Workshop Based | Occasional Site Work
The Opportunity Were looking for a Mechanical Fitter to join a team building automated machinery and manufacturing systems used across automotive and advanced engineering environments.
Youll assemble precision equipment from engineering drawings, supporting the build, testing and installation of automation systems.
What Youll Be Doing
- Assemble mechanical systems and machine components
- Work from technical drawings and mechanical schematics
- Carry out alignment, fitting and mechanical adjustments
- Support machine build, testing and installation
- Work with engineers to resolve build and fitting issues
- Experience as a Mechanical Fitter or Assembly Technician
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Strong mechanical xbpsjku assembly skills and attention to detail
- Team player with a hands-on approach
- NVQ Level 3 Mechanical Engineering
- Experience with pneumatics or automated machinery
