Due to a drive for greater success, this advanced manufacturing business is currently searching for a Mechanical Fitter to add to their talented, hardworking team in Barrow on an initial 12 month contract. Striving for innovation and creativity you can ensure no two days will be the same.

This role will be offering £25.94 Umbrella per hour inside IR35 Non local rates also open with an additional travel allowance

The role

 Installation of mechanical systems, components and equipment on vessels.  Work safely at all times, complying with Health and Safety and other relevant regulations and guidelines.  Follow the relevant instructions, drawings and any other Quality Standards/specifications.  Use the appropriate methods and techniques to manufacturer and install mechanical systems and ancillary equipment.  Check the completed activity to ensure that all operations have been completed to meet the required Quality Standards/specification.

Knowledge and Qualifications:  Served and Approved Apprenticeship (In relevant trade)  NVQ Level 3 Equivalent Qualification (In relevant subject)
