The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality servicing and support to our clients customer sites across the UK, representing the business professionally and developing positive customer relationships. The role will enable the successful candidate to gain exposure to a range of equipment, customer environments, and opportunity to expand their technical expertise. For individuals who consistently display the right skills, attitude, and performance, there is potential to progress within the organisation, supported by training and development.


FIELD SERVICE MECHANICAL ENGINEER

STOKE ON TRENT (AND FIELD BASED)

FULL TIME HOURS

PERMANENT

£COMPETITIVE PLUS OVERTIME AND TRAVEL EXPENSES


THE ROLE


  • Assembly and installation of industrial products and systems
  • Mechanical fitting, alignment and testing
  • Working with hydraulic systems, pumps and valves
  • UK-wide travel with occasional overseas projects
  • Fault finding and on-site customer support


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


  • Experience as a Mechanical Fitter / Field Service Engineer / Maintenance Engineer
  • Experience with hydraulics, pumps or process equipment
  • Willingness to travel and work overtime
  • Ability to clearly communicate with clients, colleagues, and site teams
  • Strong analytical thinking in high-pressure situations
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently


Candidates must have a driving licence as the role will involve UK travel with overnight stays (plus occasional travel abroad)
