About the Role As a key member of our dynamic pre-construction team, you'll prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical building services projects from initial tender through to handover. You'll work closely with our sales, design/CAD, and project delivery teams on varied, high-profile commercial work in a supportive, family-feel environment.
