We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator (Heating, Boiler & Electrical Services sector) to join a successful and expanding team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent commercial awareness, and the ability to produce accurate mechanical estimates for a variety of projects. This role is office-based, offering long-term stability, strong company culture and excellent benefits. Key Responsibilities Prepare mechanical cost estimates and tenders for new projects Review drawings, specifications and client documents Liaise with engineers, suppliers and contractors to obtain accurate pricing Produce detailed proposals and bid submissions Analyse risks, project constraints and technical requirements Support the wider commercial and estimating team Requirements Must-Have: Minimum 5 years experience as a Mechanical Estimator Strong understanding of mechanical building services Excellent analytical and numerical skills Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
