Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Estimator to support the pre-construction team in preparing accurate and competitive tenders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical building services and experience estimating for projects across the relevant sectors. ?? Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed mechanical estimates for projects ranging from £500k to £10m+
Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents to produce accurate costings
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure alignment of scope and pricing
