Job Description

Our client is an established Tier 1 M&E Contractor and they are looking for a Mechanical Estimator/ Senior Mechanical Estimator to join their growing team in the Yorkshire.\n\nThe role would see you covering projects across their Leeds office, including sectors such as Education, Leisure, MOJ, Commercial and much more across Building Services! Their Yorkshire region has secured £35m worth of work for next year with 4 already in the team and now they need you to come on board!\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company, turning over close to £500m Nationally and £35m regionally.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * To prepare full tenders and take responsibility for design and build projects and pre-designed projects\n\n * Ability to demonstrate understanding of tender / projects\n\n * To provide tender breakdown in logical format\n\n * To clarify your tender comprehensively\n\n * To identify and inform risks whilst carrying out tender\n\n * To raise technical queries\n\n * Complete quotation analysis on all projects\n\n * Ability to provide accurate budget costs\n\n * Overall understanding & use of Estimation & Microsoft software\n\n * To produce tender submission documents\n\n * Meeting client / contract requirement deadlines\n\nWithin this position you would be joining a highly experienced team within an extremely supportive and friendly culture.
