They are looking for an Estates Manager with mechanical qualifications to manage the estates and the mechanical offering to include selecting contractors, scoping works, managing contractors and gathering quotes and tenders, managing compliance such as legionella, fire, gas and AC and working as a Estates representative, liaising with key stakeholders for access, communications updates and collaborative works.You will hold mechanical engineering qualifications and will have previous experience of managing legionella, although refresher courses can be provided.There is opportunity within the organisation for development such as courses, online training and mentoring.This is a great opportunity for someone from a mechanical background who has previously managed a blend of people and contractors as you will be responsible for 4 supervisors.This role offers a salary of up to £53,000 for the right candidate.This is an urgent vacancy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
