X1 Mechanical Engineer (Level 3 Plumbing/Mechanical) - N18

\n

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with Level 3 Plumbing/Mechanical experience to join the maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable, hands-on engineer looking to expand their expertise across a busy and diverse site. The role is Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm , and once fully familiar with the site, you will also take part in the on-call rota .

\n \nKey Responsibilities:\n

\n Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) across a range of mechanical systems

\n

\n AHU maintenance and FCU servicing

\n

\n

\n Calorifier inspections and routine checks

\n

\n

\n TMV maintenance and compliance tasks

\n

\n

\n Boiler inspections and general mechanical plant support

\n

\n

\n Support with L8 compliance duties

\n

\n

\n Drainage work , including unblocking toilets and waste pipes

\n

\n

\n Locating and repairing leaks and minor plumbing faults

\n

\n

\n Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

\n

\n

\n \nIdeal Candidate:\n

\n \n Level 3 qualified in a Plumbing/Mechanical discipline

\n

\n

\n Strong understanding of building services maintenance

\n

\n

\n Proactive problem-solver with good communication skills

\n

\n

\n Willingness to participate in on-call duties once fully trained

\n

\n

\n

\n
