In this role, you'll plan and deliver engaging classroom sessions in core mechanical skills. You'll support learners throughout their training journey and help them build the technical confidence needed for success in industry. Full training and qualifications are provided.

The ideal candidate will have a background in maintenance, manufacturing, production, or automotive environments, with a strong grounding in core mechanical principles and hands-on skills. You'll be passionate about helping others. Teaching experience is not required.

The Role:

Deliver training in mechanical engineering.
Teach core skills including mechanical maintenance, engineering principles and production engineering
Deliver sessions on topics such as PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics

Time-served Mechanical Engineer (maintenance/manufacturing/production/automotive).
Strong knowledge & skillset across mechanical engineering
Excellent communicator with a mentoring mindset
Teaching qualifications not required - full training provided.
