Multi-Skilled Mechanical Engineer\n\nSites: City of London\n\nSalary: £46,000 per annum + Plenty of OT is encouraged\n\nHours: Monday to Friday - Split Shifts - 07:00-16:00 / 8:00-17:00 / 10:00-19:00\n\nType: Permanent, Full-Time\n\nWe’re recruiting a Multi-Skilled Mechanical Engineer to join a leading FM provider, covering one of their key sites in London. \n\nThe Role:\n\nYou’ll be responsible for:\n\nCarrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical plant\n\t\nDiagnosing and repairing faults on pumps, valves, AHUs, FCUs, and pipework\n\t\nSupporting minor project works and upgrades\n\t\nLiaising with site contacts and ensuring high standards of service delivery\n\t\nManaging your own schedule across the four sites with support from the central team\n\nWhat You’ll Need:\n\nNVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing\n\t\nExperience in commercial building services (multi-site or commercial experience )\n\t\nGood understanding of HVAC systems and general building maintenance\n\t\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills\n\nWhat’s On Offer:\n\n£48,000 per annum \n\t\nEncouraged Overtime hours\n\t\nTraining and development opportunities\n\t\nA varied role with autonomy and support\n\t\nExposure to specialist environments\n\nIf you're a mechanically biased engineer who enjoys variety, independence, and working in technically interesting environments—this is the role for you.
