This is a great opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-know organisation based in London. The mechanically qualified engineer will be working Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. Duties PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance AHUs FCUs Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc). Cooling Towers Tap Temperatures Chilled Water Systems Plumbing Generators Pressurisation units Generators BMS Operation CRAC units Motors Requirements Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ (or equivalent) Critical site experience preferred Apprentice trained - desirable Building Services Maintenance experience Very Client facing Package £43,000 - 47,000 Monday to Friday 8-4 27 days holiday + Bank holidays Pension package Overtime Training Great opportunity to progress internally If you would like to join a widely reputable building services provider with an impressive staff retention rate, please apply now!JBRP1_UKTJ
