Working Hours: 40 Hours

Salary: £40-55k

The Role

A Role has become available for a Mechanical Design Engineer at an Engineering company based in Leicester. The Design Engineer will be responsible for designing products relating to Crushing and Screening Equipment. Using computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD(2D) and Pro/Engineer(3D).

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Create detailed design documents and drawings.

Create designs to enhance current production machines performance and aesthetics.

Annalise design and build technical solutions that deliver our client's goal.

Work to develop, manufacture and market the crushing products.

Estimate time and costs required to complete projects.

The Candidate

Strong experience in either AutoCAD(2D) and Pro/Engineer(3D) - Essential.

Experience of new product drawings - Essential.

Experience of large machinery products.

Proactive and able to manage own workload.

Excellent communication skills.

Organised with a good attention to detail.

Able to meet critical deadlines.

Team orientated.
