Description
Key responsibilities:
Develop detailed mechanical designs for products, systems, and components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and timelines.
Prepare technical drawings and documentation in compliance with industry standards.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new designs.
Support the prototyping and testing phases to ensure design integrity.
Identify and implement cost-effective design improvements.
Maintain accurate records of designs, revisions, and engineering changes.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during the design process.Profile
A successful Mechanical Design Engineer should have:
A degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in using CAD software for mechanical design.
Experience in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
