Job Description
Develop detailed 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings using tools such as SolidWorks, CATIA, CREO, or AutoCAD. Conduct design calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection. Create and maintain product documentation, including BOMs, drawings, and technical reports. Work closely with cross-functional teams (electrical, manufacturing, quality, and procurement) to ensure design feasibility and compliance with standards. Perform prototype testing and design validation. Support product lifecycle activities, including design changes, cost reduction, and continuous improvement. Ensure designs meet regulatory, safety, and reliability requirements. Liaise with suppliers and vendors for component design and manufacturability feedback
