We are a well-established M&E contractor based in Cannock, currently seeking a Mechanical Contracts Manager with a strong track record in delivering large-scale mechanical projects (£3M+) across the commercial, leisure, and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full mechanical delivery from pre-construction through to handover

Manage subcontractors, labour, materials, and procurement schedules

Maintain control of budget, costs, variations, and commercial reporting

Ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, and to high quality standards

Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams

Attend site and client meetings and prepare progress updates and documentation
*
Ensure all HSEQ standards and company processes are followed
