Job Description

You will like\nManaging mechanical building services contracts from Leicester HQ, plus flexible/hybrid working for this award-winning Midlands regional M&E Contractor with blue-chip clients and an excellent reputation for quality & delivery. They are in an excellent position currently with a healthy pipeline, justifying sustainable growth and will make a great new employer for an experienced contracts manager.\nYou will like\nThe Mechanical Contracts Manager job itself where you will oversee the planning, coordinating and execution of mechanical, plumbing C building services projects ranging in value from £50K to £5 million. More specifically:\n * Managing procurement processes to include: developing technical specifications, drawings, plant/equipment schedules, and documentation etc.\n * Managing sub-contractors, site activities, procurement C supplier ordering\n * Attending site meetings, resolving site issues, organising commissioning and handover documentation\n * Ensuring timely delivery of all projects\n * Understanding and organising interfaces between mechanical C electrical works, trades etc\n * Utilising AutoCAD\nYou will have\nTo be successful as Mechanical Contracts Manager here, you will have experience working within the Building Services Sector as a Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Contracts Manager, Mechanical Site Manager or M&E Manager.
