Mechanical Contracts Manager\nCoventry (with travel across the Midlands & London)\nCompany Car Provided\n\nWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join a growing and dynamic team based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of projects across the Midlands and London, delivering high-quality mechanical installations within commercial and industrial sectors.\n\nThe Role\nAs a Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Manage mechanical contracts across multiple sites\n\n * Oversee project delivery from planning through to handover\n\n * Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors\n\n * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations\n\n * Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams\n\n * Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines\n\n * Attend site meetings across the Midlands and London\n\nRequirements\n\n * Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager or similar role\n\n * Strong background in mechanical building services\n\n * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\n\n * Excellent communication and organisational skills\n\n * Full UK driving licence\n\n * Willingness to travel regularly across the Midlands and London\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * Competitive salary (DOE)\n\n * Company car provided\n\n * Opportunity to work on varied and high-profile projects\n\n * Career progression within a growing business\n\nIf you are a motivated Mechanical Contracts Manager looking for your next challenge, we would love to hear from you
