We are recruiting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced Mechanical FM Contracts Manager. (HVAC bias) As a Mechanical FM Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of mechanical maintenance contracts. You’ll lead a team of engineers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and high service standards across HVAC, plumbing, heating, and associated systems. Key Responsibilities: * Manage multiple mechanical FM contracts, ensuring delivery meets SLAs, KPIs, and budgets. * Lead, motivate, and support a team of mechanical engineers and supervisors. * Act as the primary client liaison – building strong, professional relationships. * Prepare and manage P&L, forecasts, and financial reporting for assigned contracts. * Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. * Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure quality assurance across all works. * Drive continuous improvement and energy efficiency across sites. * Prepare risk assessments, method statements, and technical reports where required. * Ensure Health & Safety compliance is always maintained. * Participate in contract mobilisations and renewals, including tender support if needed.
