Job Title: Mechanical Construction Manager Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 annual salary plus company package Location: Cambridge Company Description A UK leading M&E Contractor are actively seeking a Mechanical Construction Manager for a major commerical office shell and core & fit out scheme in Cambridge. This design & build project is valued more than £50 million M&E and will begin on site later this year. Company Information / Unique Selling Points: Deliver projects valued up to £10 million MEP. Work on major schemes across commercial, critical services healthcare, pharma, residential & mixed-use sectors. Long-standing relationships with leading Tier One principal contractors. What we're looking for: Candidates with a background in Construction/ Site Management for more than 3 years. Previous employment with a Tier One M&E Contractor is favoured. Strong track record of delivering commercial, healthcare or pharmaceutical schemes from pre-construction to completion Career longevity and a desire to progress within a growing business Key Responsibilities
