Job Description

Our expertise spans the design, construction, and maintenance of buildings and critical infrastructure worldwide.\n\nWe have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Building Services Engineer with ventilation experience to join our maintenance team working at two University of Cambridge research and teaching facilities in Cambridge city centre working 40 hours per week from 07:30 to 16:00. Monday to Friday.  This is a foot mobile role across the two buildings on the site. \n\nKey activities:\n\nReporting to the M&E Supervisor\nTo provide technical engineering support within the Hard FM Services department by carrying out preventative maintenance to deadline plus maintain paperwork to support PPM activities\nTo respond to reactive and emergency faults and conduct reactive maintenance work to ensure compliance with KPI’s\nTo manage sub-contractors as necessary working to a safe system of work and permit-to-work system\nTo undertake AP/RP duties for the disciplines for which you have been appointed\nTo provide the safe operation, planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical services plant and equipment\nTo carry out the installation of new mechanical equipment as required i.e.
