Mechanical Assembly Technician We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Assembly Technician on a permanent basis for a leading manufacturing company based in Ringwood, Hampshire. Introduction The primary duties for the Mechanical Assembly Technician will be to work on and build mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies and finished products to the company's site procedures and processes. Responsibilities: * Mechanical assembly of a range of the sites products * Working to drawings and instructions * Reporting engineering issues to the engineering teams * Ensuring the products are assembled correctly and within time schedules, supporting production demand as required * When required to pre test equipment and products to ensure no faults before submitting to the test and inspection teams. * Assisting in booking of units passed to test / stores and completion of necessary documentation * Assisting with Fault Finding and Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action events Ideal Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will have the following or similar: * 3+ years mechanical production / manufacturing experience * Basic computer skills including Excel / Outlook * 5s experience - desirable Salary £29,250 - £35,100 Hours Monday to Friday - Flexi Time Benefits * Enhanced Pension Contributions - Employer 6% , Employee 5% * Life Assurance - 4 x annual salary * Health Plan * 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays * Overtime available * Flexi Time If you could be interested in this fantastic Mechanical Assembly Technician opportunity, please apply and we'll be in touch to discuss further
