Full Time - Hybrid

Core hours: 9:30am - 3:00pm

What will you be doing?
Producing high-quality process design and analysis deliverables
Writing technical reports and specifications for process system equipment
Developing and substantiating technical solutions, including calculations and design basis
Analysing plant, commissioning and test data to model and predict equipment performance
Supporting design reviews, ISA/HAZOP meetings and technical change processes
Maintaining specialist knowledge of current process system designs and performance
Supporting project proposals, including schedules and cost forecasts
Managing technical deliverables and providing clear progress reporting
Working with internal and external stakeholders, including European suppliers
Where will you be doing it?
You'll be based in Cheshire within a Technical Services environment, supporting complex engineering projects through robust process design, analysis and technical assurance in a highly regulated setting.
What you'll need:
A degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
Experience in process or chemical engineering design
Knowledge of process modelling and simulation tools such as MATLAB or Simulink
Experience within the nuclear sector or another large process industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good general IT skills
Ability to explain and justify technical decisions clearly
French or German language skills would be an advantage
