Senior Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor Manchester £75,000 + Company Car / Allowance + Benefits We are seeking an experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team delivering high-value building services projects across the North West and beyond. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute QS who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in major mechanical and electrical installations.
The Role
You will take full commercial responsibility for M&E packages from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients. Key Responsibilities: Managing the commercial performance of mechanical and electrical projects
Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and subcontracts
Cost planning, forecasting, and reporting
Valuations, variations, and change management
Procurement of specialist M&E subcontract packages
Risk and value management
Producing monthly CVRs and financial reports
Supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff
Liaising with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners
