Essential Qualification for Mechanical and Electrical Projects Manager: Degree (Level 6) in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Project/Construction Management, or equivalent relevant discipline.

The Role for Mechanical and Electrical Projects Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mechanical & Electrical Projects Manager to support the delivery of capital projects across the Council’s estate.

The postholder will lead the mechanical and electrical design and project management of allocated capital projects from inception to completion, acting as client lead on M&E matters and ensuring statutory compliance, technical quality and value for money. The role includes feasibility, options appraisal, design development, specification, procurement, contract administration and construction delivery.
