Mechanic / MOT Tester Up to £40,000 + Bonuses DOE Benfleet, Essex Were looking for a Mechanic with 4 years experience or a newly qualified MOT Tester to join a busy, well-established garage in Benfleet. The role covers a mix of MOT testing, general repairs, and servicing across a variety of vehicles. Youll need to be confident managing your own workload, while also working well as part of a small, supportive team. An MOT licence is not necessary as the client is very keen to train a new starter. Ideally you will be Level 3 qualified or have at least four years workshop experience, full support and training can be provided to help you gain your MOT qualification. About the Role: This is a varied workshop role involving MOTs (if licensed), diagnostics, servicing, and repair work from brakes and clutches to suspension and general maintenance.
