A leading multi-disciplinary construction and property consultancy, with a strong track record in delivering commercial, healthcare, and education schemes, is currently seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Reading. This is a consultancy-side role, focused on providing commercial support across the full project lifecycle on mechanical and electrical (M&E) packages, including both new build and refurbishment projects.\n\nThis highly respected firm operates nationally, working on high-value developments for both private and public sector clients. They are now looking to strengthen their cost consultancy team with a confident and technically capable M&E Quantity Surveyor who can lead from the front, liaise with design and delivery teams, and ensure effective cost control from feasibility through to final account.\n\nThe M&E Quantity Surveyor Role\n\nThe appointed M&E Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the commercial delivery of M&E elements across a range of projects.

This includes developing cost plans, procurement advice, value engineering, and post-contract cost management.
