This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer seeking a stable, MondayFriday role with variety, autonomy, and excellent benefits. What Youll Be Doing: Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across two commercial sites Electrical fault finding, testing, and minor installations Supporting basic multi-trade tasks (e.g., plumbing, fabric repairs) Participating in a 1-in-5 callout rota (£75 standby payment per week) Ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations What Youll Need: 18th Edition Wiring Regulations NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation Experience in building xehkeey services or FM environments Full UK driving licence (van and fuel card provided) Comfortable with basic multi-trade tasks Strong communication and problem-solving skills If you're an experienced engineer looking for a role with stability, support, and room to grow, this could be your next move.
