M&E Design Manager - Water Play & Filtration Systems Location: Remote working available but national travel may be required Salary: Up to £50k plus car allowance Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Are you ready to combine technical design expertise with imaginative outdoor spaces? Our client, are a market leading design-and-build specialist for water play areas across the UK. They're now looking for a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Design Manager to join their growing team.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the full M&E scope on innovative and playful water-based projects, shaping experiences that families and communities will enjoy for years to come.
What you'll be doing:
Designing and implementing water treatment and filtration systems in line with PWTAG guidelines Collaborating with CAD technicians on plant room layouts and piping schematics Working alongside project administrators to build parts lists and manage pipe/fittings orders Specifying pump sizes and assisting in the creation of performance specifications for tenders Managing project planning, technical documentation, and supporting installation teams Liaising with suppliers, internal teams, and external partners throughout the design process
