This role involves supporting learners to achieve their full potential in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. If you are a passionate educator with strong classroom skills, we’d love to hear from you.\n Duties:\n\nPlan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to learners’ needs.\nAssess progress and provide personalised feedback to support achievement.\nCreate a positive and inclusive learning environment.\nSupport learners with additional needs and barriers to learning.\nTrack learner progress and implement interventions when needed.\nWork collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching practices.\nAdhere to safeguarding, equality, and health and safety policies.Required Skills:\n\nTeaching qualifications and experience in Functional Skills and GCSE Maths \nAbility to engage and motivate learners, including those who are disengaged.\nStrong organisational and classroom management skills.\nExperience working in challenging learning environments.\nCommitment to professional development and teamwork.\nFlexibility to work across different locations.\n Due to the nature of this role, you be required to complete a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.\n \n If this sounds like the perfect role for you then please submit your CV.\n \n This vacancy is being handled by Aspire Recruitment.
