Mathematics Teacher (ECT)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teacher of Mathematics to join our successful Maths department. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to begin their teaching career in a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

Inspire and motivate students to achieve their best through engaging teaching

Use assessment data to inform planning and monitor student progress

Contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum and department resources

Participate fully in the wider life of the school, including CPD and enrichment

Person Specification

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it

Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Mathematics

Excellent classroom management and communication skills

A reflective practitioner committed to continuous professional development

Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
