TeacherActive is proud to be working with a large secondary school in Manchester with a two-form entry, known for its supportive Senior Leadership Team and strong focus on staff development. The school provides a positive learning environment where both students and staff are encouraged to achieve their full potential.

The school is looking to take on a dedicated Maths Teacher on a long-term, full-time basis starting in May, with the opportunity to transition into a salaried position following a successful trial period. The successful Maths Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, maintaining high standards of behaviour, and supporting student progress and attainment.

The successful Maths Teacher will have:

• QTS with a Maths specialism (ECTs are welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching Maths up to Key Stage 4
• Strong classroom management skills
• A passion for raising attainment in Maths
• A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
