Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and high-quality Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).

Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with curriculum requirements.

Use a range of teaching strategies to support and challenge learners of all abilities.

Track and monitor student progress, providing meaningful feedback to pupils and parents.

Maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, curiosity, and collaboration.

Contribute to departmental planning, moderation, and meetings.

Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and promote the welfare of all students.

Participate in school life, including duties and extracurricular activities where required.

Pre-Requisites Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification.

Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.

Experience teaching Maths within a secondary school setting.

Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Ability to differentiate effectively to meet diverse learning needs.
