Teacher of Maths Location: Holbeach Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience) Contract: Full-time, Long-term

Aspire People are looking for a talented and committed Teacher of Maths to support a forward-thinking Secondary School setting. This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher looking to join a supportive and high-performing department where teaching, learning and achievement are a clear priority.

The school is seeking an enthusiastic and inspirational practitioner who can deliver engaging Maths lessons and motivate students to achieve excellent outcomes. The role: * Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 * Opportunity to teach KS5 (desirable) * Teach Statistics at KS4 (desirable) * Plan, prepare and assess engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners * Contribute to the wider success of the Maths department and school

The ideal candidate will have: * QTS or be an ECT * Strong subject knowledge in Maths * The ability to plan and deliver consistently high-quality lessons * A track record of motivating pupils and achieving strong outcomes * Excellent organisational and communication skills * The ability to build positive working relationships with students, staff and parents * A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to team success * Confidence in using ICT to enhance teaching and learning
