The role
As a Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4, working closely with class teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment. This role is ideal for a graduate who is serious about becoming a teacher and wants meaningful, hands-on experience in a secondary school setting ahead of teacher training.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting pupils in Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Delivering small group interventions and one-to-one support
• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and resources
• Encouraging pupils to develop confidence in numeracy and problem-solving
• Building positive relationships with students and becoming a reliable presence in the classroom
• Gaining valuable experience within a supportive and well-established secondary school environment
