The Role | Maths ECT - The successful Maths ECT will: Teach Mathematics across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons Support students numeracy and problem-solving skills Work collaboratively within the Maths department Take part in the schools ECT programme
Support for a Maths ECT - Every Maths ECT will receive: Full ECT induction programme Dedicated mentor support Ongoing CPD and training Supportive department and leadership team
We Are Looking for a Maths ECT Who: Has (or is working towards) QTS Has strong subject knowledge in Mathematics Is passionate about teaching Wants to develop as a Maths ECT Has high expectations for all learners
