Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Materials Coordinator to join our Client's Production Operations team at their facility. This role is responsible for managing the movement of materials within production in line with the production schedule, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the movement of materials between the warehouse and production areas, ensuring availability in line with product storage requirements. Perform stock checks and ensure packaging components meet quality standards before use. Manage production waste and maintain accurate metrics for adherence to schedules and SOPs. Support Engineering and Technical teams with materials for operational activities. Carry out basic packaging operations, manual packaging, and facility cleaning tasks. Participate in quality investigations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), health and safety procedures, and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Practical experience in manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse environments is desirable. Experience using SAP is an advantage. VNA license is optional. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Good oral and written communication skills. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Positive attitude, teamwork, resilience, and a growth mindset.
