About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mastic Man to join our team for residential and commercial projects across the SE1 area. The ideal candidate will have experience in applying high-quality internal and external sealants with excellent finishing standards.

Key Responsibilities

Application of silicone sealants to kitchens, bathrooms, wet rooms, windows, frames, and expansion joints

*

Ensuring clean, accurate, and high-quality finishes

*

Working independently or as part of a team on new builds and refurbishment projects

*

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

*

Communicating effectively with site managers and clients

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a mastic man / sealant applicator

*

Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver a premium finish

*

Own tools and transport preferred (but not essential)

*

CSCS card desirable

*

Punctual, professional, and able to work to deadlines
