The ideal candidate will possess extensive mechanical knowledge and be proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of equipment. You will play a pivotal role in supporting maintenance activities, conducting repairs, and providing technical guidance to junior staff. *Duties* * Perform complex mechanical repairs and maintenance on various equipment using hand tools, power tools, and specialised machinery. * Conduct assembly, disassembly, and reassembly of mechanical components with precision. * Carry out routine inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate into major problems. * Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and modifications to improve efficiency. * Provide excellent customer service by communicating technical information clearly and professionally to clients. * Undertake heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to health and safety regulations. * Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections performed. * Support the training of junior technicians and contribute to team knowledge sharing. *Experience* * Proven experience as a Master Technician or similar senior technical role within an automotive background * Strong understanding of mechanical systems, and electrical components. * Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance apparatus. * Demonstrated ability in equipment repair, assembly, and preventive maintenance programmes. * Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex mechanical issues efficiently. * Prior experience providing exceptional customer service in a technical setting is desirable. * Physical capability for heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environments is essential. xehkeey This position offers an engaging work environment where expertise is valued and professional growth is encouraged through continuous learning opportunities.
